Recently, Beijing Annoroad Medical Laboratory has successfully passed the “National High-tech Enterprise” certification with its professional R&D team, strong technical strength, continuous innovation capability and scientific laboratory management capabilities.
The National High-tech Enterprise is certificated and managed by the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Finance, and the State Administration of Taxation. It is a kind of support from Beijing municipal government to R&D high-tech enterprises. On the one hand, the main business of the certificated enterprise must be in the high-tech fields supported by the state, and on the other hand, its R&D strength and business activities must meet a series of strict standards, such as the number of intellectual property rights, the ability to transform scientific and technological achievements, the management level of R&D organizations, and the growth indicators of sales revenue and total assets.
Annoroad Medical Laboratory has been adhering to the quality policy of “fair, scientific, rigorous, accurate and timely”, and carries out strict quality control in each link to ensure the accuracy of test results. Beijing Annoroad Medical Laboratory has been certificated by the National High-tech Enterprise, which fully demonstrates that Annoroad has won the recognition of the country in terms of innovation capability, independent intellectual property rights and transformation of technological achievements in the genome industry. Up to now, Annoroad has applied for 98 technical patents and obtained 70 bioinformatics software copyrights. In consecutive years, it has passed more than 30 external quality assessment projects with full marks by the Health and Family Planning Commission. 17 “Beijing New Technology and New Products (Services)” have been approved.
Since the establishment of the company, Annoroad has got the following qualifications and honors: NDRC (National Development and Reform Commission) first batch of Genetic Test Technology Application Demonstration Center, National High-tech Enterprise, the first Beijing Biomedical Industry Leap-forward Development Project (G20 Project) during the 13th Five-Year Plan period, China’s most investment-worthy company, 2016 China’s most technologically advanced company. In addition, Annoroad has a postdoctoral programme. The acquisition of these qualifications and honors fully reflects the overall strength of Annoroad in technological innovation and technology R&D.
